The update sets the makn cellular data APN to and leaves the LTE APN blank.Īnd as I said, in the previous screen where there was formerly a control to enable tethering, that control is now replaced by a button that says "set up" tethering, and pressing it just pops up a dialog saying to contact T-Mobile. I guess with some carriers, you use different APN's depending on if you are on LTE or not. The other change to that screen is that between the Cellular Data and MMS sections there is new LTE section, marked "optional". Trust me - that section is no longer there. Looking at a picture isn't going to change or clarify anything. Right after the MMS section - where the hotspot section used to be - is the Reset button, which used to come after the hotspot section.
I'm telling you, the hotspot section is just gone.
